Over the years, we’ve always tried to keep our prices as steady as possible from season to season. We know that many of you have supported us as we have developed fish feeds specifically designed for you and now you depend on our feeds to support your passion. We have done everything we can to negotiate shipping rates, decrease packaging costs, and navigate ingredient costs while keeping to our vision of creating the best, high-quality feeds we can because we don’t take price changes lightly. Whenever costs rise, we have and continue to do our best to absorb those increases rather than passing them on to you.
Unfortunately, over the past year we’ve seen significant increases in cost in all areas of our business that directly affect the cost of producing and delivering our feeds. Shipping rates have continued to rise, and many of the ingredients that go into our feed, such as vitamins, minerals, and protein sources, have also become more expensive.
We’ve held off making changes for as long as we could, but in order to continue producing the same high-quality feed and maintain reliable service, we will need to make a small price adjustment beginning April 1st.
